Lee’s experience crosses a broad range of sectors, including residential architecture – both multi-unit and single dwelling – commercial development and redevelopment, urban planning and design, and hospitality and leisure architecture.
Highly regarded for his design skill and professionalism, Lee is adept at managing complex issues to achieve sensitive, contextual and commercially responsive outcomes.
Lee’s contribution to the architectural design and successful realisation of numerous projects has led to several awards. 35 O’Dea Avenue in Sydney’s Victoria Park received the Urban Taskforce Australia Development Excellence Award – Affordable Housing category (2011). The Macarthur Gardens project won the Affordable Housing Award, Sydney, at the UDIA National Awards (2006).
He has worked extensively in China and helped establish the AJ+C Beijing office, before returning to Australia.
