Matthew has extensive experience in residential, retail, commercial and heritage projects and has played a key role in a number of the firm’s major projects. He has considerable experience in student housing schemes, having been the project architect for New College Village, post-graduate student accommodation, at UNSW, from design through to practical completion, which received an MBA Excellence in Construction award in 2010.

Matthew was project architect for a post graduate student housing extension for Robert Menzies College, at Macquarie Univer-sity, and he was also senior architect for Campus Living Village (Kelvin Grove), a student accommodation project for Queens-land University Technology, which received two commendations in 2008 Australian Institute of Architects (QLD) awards.

He has significant experience in the hotel/guest accommodation sector, and was Project Architect for the Sydney International Airport Hotel, (currently trading as Rydges).

Matthew was also team leader for six sites in Bathurst and Lithgow for the Housing NSW project, as part of the government’s economic stimulus package, and has extensive experience in Multi Residential developments, having worked on large scale pro-jects such as Pavilions on the Park at St Leonards, Balgowlah Green, Rouse Hill Town Centre, and Macquarie Park Village.

He is currently Project Architect for a student housing extension to St Andrew’s College at Sydney University.
