McIntyre Grove

AJ+C were engaged by Bonforce Investment to design traditional yet contemporary interiors for a boutique block of 14 terraces, set on a lush, leafy upper North Shore site.

Full height glazed bi-fold doors take full advantage of the well-appointed private courtyards, extending the living area to draw in light and greenery for an indoor/outdoor living feel.

The interiors achieve an understated elegance that is a fusion of classic and modern materials to provide warmth, texture and sophistication.

Carefully considered and crafted kitchens feature engineered stone benchtops and Miele stainless steel appliances that provide an excellent space for entertaining and everyday living.

Panelled joinery and marble features add character and modern sophistication, while timber flooring, exposed painted timber ceilings, and plush cut-pile carpets create luxurious comfort and warmth.

Bathrooms and ensuites are finished in timber and marble carrying the classic luxe feel throughout.
