Revitalised and sophisticated A modern intervention has been brought to AJ+C’s quintessential Moore Park Gardens. A simplified ‘materials and colour palette’ to all internal areas of the Grosvenor and Hopetoun buildings provides a revitalised and sophisticated appearance. The Grosvenor and Hopetoun buildings are the premier buildings onsite at Moore Park Gardens and the new palette reflects the significance and individual character of each of the buildings

Classic and enduring The Moore Park Gardens apartments are iconic on the Sydney skyline and are well know for their high quality of design and standard of accommodation. Colours and finishes have been selected to be classic and enduring, whilst taking inspiration from original design features of the building both internal and external. Unlike the original interiors it is a more restrained and neutral palette that uses natural texture and raw materials such as timber and concrete rather than colour to enhance the spaces. The new materials and colour palette is repeated on each level and referenced across buildings. Lighting was incorporated into the design to enhance foyer spaces and refresh corridors
