Paul is a specialist in access for people with disabilities, and an accredited member of the Association of Consultants in Access, Australia.

His expertise incorporates in-depth knowledge of Australian Access and Equity legislation and an understanding of access issues pertaining to building design and construction. He has also designed a range of housing projects for Housing NSW.

Paul is a member of Australian Standards working groups for a range of project types including: aged-care facilities; small, medium and large residential projects; adaptive housing; and public domain projects.

During his career Paul has gained extensive documentation experience, including in building and heritage contract administration.

Paul has also worked on multiple aged-care projects and played a pivotal design and access consultancy role in the Good Shepherd Parish Centre project in western Sydney.
