An architect accomplished in multiple disciplines, Peter is an Allen Jack+Cottier Principal and the company’s General Manager.
His work ranges in both nature and scale, from planning entire communities to designing boutique hotels. He has led major residential, entertainment and hotel design projects in Australia and overseas, and has completed a variety of planning studies.
Peter’s particular expertise in masterplanning has seen him work extensively in China. His recent work there includes: designing Five Petal Square, an urban Beijing park and commercial precinct; the masterplanning and architectural design of a Shanghai town centre with residential accommodation; concept designs for a new Huangshan lakeside hotel; and planning for a new city in Xian.
He has been involved with numerous leisure and hospitality, health and aged care, residential, interiors and retail projects, along with the design of several public buildings.
Peter has tutored in design and graphics in Sydney tertiary institutions, and maintains an interest in landscape, industrial and urban design.
