Payce Consolidated Limited has confirmed that leading Sydney based architects Allen Jack+Cottier are to work on St Tropez, the next stage of its extensive residential development next to the Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush.

This is the 8th major commission for Allen Jack+Cottier at the Waterfront, bringing total work undertaken by the firm on this project at the Homebush site to a value of $300 million.

On completion, The Waterfront will home to 6,000 people, together with a village centre or piazza with restaurants, art gallery , pool, tennis courts, sports club and a VIP lifestyle club with a strong focus on health and well being.

Allen Jack+Cottier has masterplanned, designed and construction supervised six residential and community buildings at the site over the past two and half years. Of the total of 2,500 apartments to be built at the Waterfront village, 2,000 have been , or will be , designed by Allen Jack+Cottier
