Project Architect – Sydney

  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience post-graduation (Registered architect)
  • Lead the development of design solutions through analysis, communication and balancing of objectives.
  • Delivery of detailed Architectural design in Concept, DD, DA, Tender and Construction packages that meet client and AJ+C’s objectives.
  • Develop and implement project planning with staff.
  • Self-directed provision of construction services on projects of a moderate complexity and size.
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Drive client communications and negotiations as well as brief, budget and program monitoring.
  • Good communication skills including careful listening, effective presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence senior leaders and management
  • Ability to perform well in a collaborative, team environment
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
