AJ+C and Koichi Takada are proud to be 1 of 3 architects in\ Parramatta Design Competition

142 Macquarie Street, Parramatta was a design competition run by Dyldam in conjunction with the Parramatta Council. Allen Jack+Cottier worked with Koichi Takada and Oculus to create a vision for a landmark precinct; a new destination for the eastern edge of the CBD which would deliver a landmark 60 storey tower with a distinctive design. The individual identities of three conceived towers emerged from their context and function, creating the feel of a local precinct that has grown naturally over time.
