Submissions Coordinator

AJ+C are currently seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team of talented designers and support staff. This role reports to the Practice Manager and will work closely with senior staff in the planning, coordination, preparation and production of high quality submissions. In addition there will be an opportunity to lead the business development aspect of our Marketing and Rebrand project working closely with the Communications Manager. The position forms part of our Communications team and will also assist with media liaison and research, our marketing strategy and related internal/external collateral (including publications newsletters, website and intranet).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably in a design, engineering or related field
  • Advanced writing and editorial skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated confidence in researching, drafting and compiling mandatory submission content sections and responses
  • Outstanding internal and external stakeholder management
  • Excellent Microsoft office and graphics skills preferably Adobe Indesign
  • Experience with web content development
