The Bowery is a boutique collection of apartments in the previously industrial, now creative, precinct of Alexandria. The apartments interiors pay homage to the proud industrial heritage of the area with distinctive design and finishes. The palette of materials has been carefully curated to be simple and raw, yet to provide a warm intimacy to the apartments. Plywood is used extensively to create an unrefined softness that highlights and juxtaposes against the bold concrete floors and engineered concrete benchtops. The apartments interiors are unique and distinctive and reflect the transforming nature of the industrial city fringe suburb.
