City and sea As part of Stockland’s rejuvenation of Prince Henry, AJ+C was commissioned to design contemporary apartments optimising views of Botany Bay, parklands and the CBD.
Respecting the site In addition to heritage considerations, Vinosa was designed with regard to the materials and forms of other buildings at Prince Henry in order to create a seamless streetscape. Reflecting the relaxed feel of its natural surroundings, Vinosa’s design focuses on clean lines and an unobtrusive colour palette.
Luxurious appointments Each of Vinosa’s 55 stylish apartments is luxuriously finished. They are also fitted out with European appliances and ultra-convenient C-Bus technology.
Sustainable design for the modern lifestyle Designed for cross-ventilation and incorporating grey water recycling measures, solar hot water and photo-voltaic panels, Vinosa exemplifies contemporary green living.
