352 New Student Beds Underway in Darwin

Designed by AJC for Campus Living Villages, the development will deliver 352 new student beds, expanding student housing options in the city and supporting the continued growth of Charles Darwin University’s city campus.

Responding to Darwin’s tropical climate, the design incorporates climate-responsive principles and energy-efficient strategies alongside communal spaces that support student wellbeing, learning and connection.

Scheduled for completion in late 2028, the new accommodation will create a contemporary living environment for students in the heart of Darwin.
