At AJC, we place strong value on developing our people and recognising leadership grown from within the practice. We’re proud to acknowledge the following promotions, reflecting the expertise, commitment and impact these leaders bring to our projects and the wider practice.
Anthony di Cristo, Practice Lead
Anthony joined AJC as a Senior Designer in 2015 and has steadily progressed through the firm, becoming Design & Technical Lead and most recently promoted to Practice Lead. He brings a strong combination of design vision and technical expertise to help shape business strategy.
Michelle Farman, Studio Director
Michelle has been promoted to Studio Director, bringing over 20 years’ experience as an architect, project leader and educator. She provides design leadership across complex mixed-use, education, commercial and civic projects, guiding teams to deliver strong design outcomes at every stage of project delivery.
