AJC Celebrates Topping Out of EPIISOD Lachlan Avenue

Opening in early 2026, this 732-bed, 15-storey student accommodation in Macquarie Park has been thoughtfully designed to support student wellbeing and a strong sense of community.
Rather than a traditional student housing aesthetic, AJC’s design embraces a refined residential character, with a material palette inspired by the local Hawkesbury sandstone and native flora. The three-wing building form reduces visual bulk and maximises light, air, and connection to the outdoors, with rooftop terraces, double-height common spaces, and extensive shared areas designed for flexible indoor-outdoor living.
Internally, the building is future-focused, with smart technology integrated throughout for a seamless student experience. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with Campus Living Villages and all our project partners.
