Delano Crows Nest has been featured on Apartments.com.au as the boutique residential development reaches completion ahead of resident handover.
Designed by AJC for Lindsay Bennelong, the project transforms a long-vacant site on Falcon Street into a collection of apartments and townhomes set within landscaped communal spaces. The development’s massing steps from six storeys at the commercial edge down to four storeys and three-storey townhouses, creating a sensitive transition between the vibrant Crows Nest village and the neighbouring heritage conservation area.
Inspired by the Art Deco character of the surrounding neighbourhood, the architecture combines refined brick detailing, natural materials and generous balconies to create a timeless residential environment.
