Delano Crows Nest Shortlisted for Urban Developer Award

Delano Crows Nest has been shortlisted for The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence in the Medium Density Residential (40+ Dwellings) category. The recognition follows the recent completion of the 83-home development.
Designed by AJC for Lindsay Bennelong, Delano transforms a long-vacant site in the heart of Crows Nest into a collection of apartments and townhomes fronting Hayberry Lane. Drawing on the area’s Art Deco heritage, the design combines natural materials and finely crafted detailing to create warm, elegant living spaces.
The Urban Developer Awards recognise the people and projects shaping the future of the built environment across Australia.
