EPIISOD Macquarie Park has welcomed its first residents, marking the completion of a new 732-bed purpose-built student accommodation development in Sydney.
Designed by AJC Architects, the 15-storey building reflects a shift toward more residential, amenity-rich student living environments that support wellbeing and community. The project represents Centurion’s first student accommodation development in Sydney.
Located within the Macquarie University precinct, the development integrates accommodation, study and social spaces within a cohesive design framework. Shared amenities include a rooftop wellness level with outdoor pool, terrace, gym and yoga studio, alongside a range of communal spaces designed to support student life.
The interiors, developed in collaboration with Nic Graham & Associates (concept), combine warm, durable materials to create a layered residential environment.
Organised across two wings addressing Lachlan Avenue and Herring Road, the building reduces perceived scale while strengthening connections to the surrounding streets and landscaped courtyard.
The completed development brings together design, amenity and community within a cohesive student living environment.
