Tender Awarded for Gowrie Village

The tender for Gowrie Village, Gordon has been awarded to Taylor.

The vision for Gowrie Village (Roden Cutler) continues the tradition of providing care to the elderly which was established on the site many years ago. The new architectural framework for renewal of the site allows this tradition to continue. It provides state of the art facilities in an established tranquil environment. AJ+C addressed the urban scale and the finer grain of built form to establish the bulk and scale appropriate for the development.
