Fabiano Salmi

Since joining AJC in 2012, Fabiano has developed broad experience across a range of project types, from design competitions and feasibility studies through to documentation, construction services and contract administration.
He has led sporting, community and residential projects from inception to completion, including YMCA Broken Hill, Heffron Park Tennis Clubhouse and PCYC Hawkesbury, coordinating teams across all stages of delivery.
Fabiano’s experience in the design and construction of single residential projects has shaped a considered design approach and strong attention to detail, underpinned by sound technical expertise. He is highly skilled in the coordination of design documentation, ensuring architectural intent and client aspirations are clearly resolved.
Beyond project work, Fabiano has curated the Australian Institute of Architects’ Tusculum lecture series and led AJC’s concept submission for the 2016 Architectural Biennale Australian Pavilion. He is currently AJC’s Reconciliation Action Plan Champion, advancing the practice’s commitment to reconciliation through both operations and design outcomes.
