As Chief Operating Officer at AJC, Lynette is tasked with developing and refining business strategies, commercial and resource management, mentoring and developing talent. With over 20 years’ experience in the architectural, construction and local government industry, Lynette uniquely understands design processes, the importance of building client relationships and meeting client expectations.
Her several years in Development planning at Council gives Lynette an insider’s perspective on the approvals process, while her experience with bid management, quality assurance accreditations, marketing and new information technology systems keeps us future focused. Lynette’s engagement with the profession includes serving as a sponsor for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property initiative. She is also a member of the Large Practice Forum at the AIA (NSW Chapter), advocating for equality, integration, and diversity across the profession. Lynette serves as an implementation leader for Champions of Change and has recently achieved ESG badge from the Property Council.
