Australian Design Review’s 30UNDER30 Shortlist
December 2025
Australian Design Review has unveiled its 30UNDER30 shortlist for 2025/2026, recognising 66 of Australia’s most outstanding emerging interior designers, architects, product designers and innovators shaping the future of the built environment.
Since its inception in 2022, ADR’s 30UNDER30 program has provided life-changing career development opportunities, mentorship and national recognition for A+D professionals aged 30 and under. The pinnacle of the program is an immersive, high-performance leadership and creativity retreat, which brings together the shortlisted cohort, their mentors and program sponsors for three days at Potato Head in Bali.
We’re incredibly proud to share that Simone Carmody, one of AJC’s talented Graduate Architects, has been recognised on this year’s 30UNDER30 shortlist.
Passionate about designing spaces that connect people, place and planet, Simone has further developed her interest in innovative, regenerative design through her work on Newington College’s Eungai Creek Campus as part of the AJC team. Her approach reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design outcomes that respond to both community and climate.
Congratulations to Simone and to all the inspiring designers recognised this year.
