Submissions Coordinator

Would you like to join an award-winning architecture and design practice based in the vibrant Chippendale precinct? We’re currently seeking an experienced full-time Submissions Co-ordinator (flexible arrangements will be considered). Position Summary
Deliver high quality new business submissions and marketing material for the practice. Reporting to the Clients + Markets Manager, the Submissions Co-ordinator will lead the bid process from inception to completion and assist with business development initiatives.
Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for driving the bid delivery process and identifying areas for improvement where relevant;
  • Source, write and develop content for new business submissions, project case studies, and staff CV’s;
  • Manage the awards submission program. Build register, identify projects and lead the preparation of submissions;
  • Assist the Clients + Markets Manager with administration, data maintenance, research, marketing and events;
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain brand consistency.

  • Demonstrated experience and capabilities:

  • Experience in the production of bids and award submissions;
  • Experience working in the professional services sector or built environment;
  • Writing, editing, desktop publishing
  • Software skills including: In-Design (Advanced), Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, prioritise work and deliver on deadlines;
  • Administrative experience with strong attention to detail;
  • A positive and proactive attitude;
  • An autonomous self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

  • Desirable capabilities:

  • Experience working with government tender processes;
  • Experience using Salesforce.
