A landmark adaptive reuse project shaping the future of city living.
Yesterday we celebrated the launch of Apt.Broadway.
This adaptive re-use project designed for Apt.Residential, transforms a 120-year-old wool shed and former Grace Brothers warehouse into the largest co-living development in the City. The project will deliver 167 build to rent homes in the heart of Sydney.
It was great to mark the occasion alongside Clover Moore AO, Graham Jahn and the broader project team.
A great example of how existing buildings can be reimagined to help meet housing demand, while creating more connected, liveable urban communities.
