The Anderson, Chatswood Featured on Apartments.com.au

Located at 54–56 Anderson Street, the project by Changfa Investments and Huirong Group delivers a collection of one- to four-bedroom apartments designed to appeal to downsizers and families seeking larger homes on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

The design was conceived as a series of “houses in the sky”, with corner apartments and generous balconies oriented to capture sweeping 270-degree views across the leafy rooftops of the Chatswood North Heritage Conservation Area and toward the ocean. A slender tower form rises above a brick podium, creating a transition between the high-rise commercial centre and the neighbouring heritage precinct.
