The Burcham shortlisted three times in the 2019 UDIA Awards

The Burcham has been shortlisted in the UDIA awards in three categories.
UDIA awards are designed to highlight innovation, sustainability, industry leadership and excellence in urban development across NSW and the ACT.
The three shortlisted categories are:
• Medium-Density Development: Above 75 Dwellings category
• Excellence in Sustainability
• Environmental Technology Excellence in Urban Renewal / Adaptive Reuse
The winner will be announced at UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner 2 August 2019.
