Welcoming New Leaders to AJC

As AJC continues to grow and strengthen its capabilities across key sectors, we’re pleased to welcome three new leaders to the practice. These appointments reinforce our expertise across seniors living, build-to-rent and large-scale residential projects.
We’re delighted to welcome:
Mark Gazy, Studio Director: Mark brings over 25 years’ experience across mixed-use, residential, commercial and urban design projects. Known for translating complex ideas into thoughtful, community-focused outcomes, he returns to AJC after a period away, bringing deep cross-sector expertise and a fresh perspective to the practice.
Murray Stewart, Studio Director: Murray is a specialist in seniors living, with recent projects focused on dementia and aged-care design in partnership with leading care providers. He brings experience across all project stages, from feasibility through to delivery, supported by broader residential and hospitality expertise.
Harry Henshaw-Hill, Studio Director: Harry brings 15 years of architectural experience across large-scale residential, mixed-use and high-end bespoke projects. Known for his collaborative approach, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on design to deliver clear, creative solutions to complex challenges.
