Melrose Park Village forms the fourth stage of Sekisui House Australia’s $5 billion Melrose Park masterplan in Sydney’s north-west, one of the city’s largest urban renewal projects.

Designed by AJC Architects as part of the broader precinct, the project comprises 421 apartments across six residential buildings ranging from six to 13 storeys. The buildings are arranged around a 4,000sqm landscaped courtyard conceived as a shared “urban backyard”, providing generous communal open space for residents.

A range of shared amenities support everyday living, including rooftop gardens and barbeque areas, wellness facilities, co-working spaces, EV charging and practical services such as pet wash facilities and a resident shuttle bus.

Sustainability initiatives incorporated into the development include rooftop solar, smart energy metering, water and air filtration systems, and groundwater reuse technologies.

When complete, the wider Melrose Park precinct will deliver more than 6,000 homes alongside schools, retail, transport connections and approximately 52,000sqm of public open space.
