The Burcham in Rosebery is one of 11 exemplar case studies cited in the NSW Apartment Design Guide.
We’re proud to share that The Burcham by AJC is one of 11 online case studies included in the NSW Apartment Design Guide page, on the NSW Department of Planning & Environment website.
The Apartment Design Guide provides consistent planning and design standards for apartments across the state.
The case studies, selected by the NSW Government Architect’s Office, are exemplars of high quality NSW apartment buildings, referencing the relevant aspects of the Guide. They’re available to download as a guide for consent authorities and the housing and construction industry with great examples of liveable and sustainable housing outcomes.
