The design follows HammondCare’s world-class cottage model, creating a homelike atmosphere with central domestic kitchens, single ensuite rooms, and direct access to outdoor spaces, including generous sweeping balconies that link living areas to end sitting rooms. The building’s multi-storey configuration takes advantage of the site’s natural slope, providing direct access to outdoor spaces on all levels.
